Cancellation Policy
*To Cancel or Reschedule please contact me at least 24hrs. in advance. I can be reached via phone or text @708-578-5056. *To ensure a safe, comfortable, and distraction-free environment for all clients, we kindly ask that pets not be brought to lactation consultation visits. This policy helps us maintain a professional setting conducive to providing the best care and support to our clients. Policy Details: No Pets Allowed: For the safety and comfort of all clients and staff, we request that no pets accompany clients to lactation consultation visits, including in-home visits. Service Animals: Service animals are the exception to this policy and are always welcome. If you plan to bring a service animal, please inform us ahead of time so we can make the necessary accommodations. Respect for Other Clients: This policy is in place to ensure that the environment remains calm and focused on providing the best care to nursing parents and their babies. Some clients may have allergies, fears, or health conditions that require a pet-free space. In-Home Consultations: For in-home visits, we kindly ask that pets be secured in a separate room during the consultation to help maintain a peaceful and distraction-free environment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a supportive and professional experience during your lactation consultation.
